Jeppson Family Vacation in Jackson Hole, WY - July 2011

Our Jeppson Family vacation this year with Brad's immediate family was to Jackson Hole, WY from July 14-16. We stayed in a big condo in Driggs, ID that housed all 9 adults and 1 toddler. We spent the 3 days visiting Yellowstone National Park, going motorcycling/4-wheeling, hiking, and playing games with the Philips (Brad's aunt's family) who also came with us.

Old Faithful.

Walking around the Old Faithful boardwalk.

A waterfall near Yellowstone.

The only wildlife we saw in Yellowstone - 1 lone coyote.

Connor always has fun playing with Dad and Uncle Brandon.

On the drive back to our condo in Driggs, we stopped at the Carver cabin in Pinehaven which was right on our way. My grandparents sold this cabin a few years ago (I know, it's a little weird we stopped when it's no longer in our family, but there was no one there. :) ). My family spent many summers and a few winters at this cabin growing up. Many great memories here.

We used to love feeding the chipmunks and squirrels. It was sad to see the feeder completely empty.

When we weren't busy with planned activities we played cards and night games, watched movies, and just relaxed around the condo. I had a couple extra boxes of little cherry poppers (we call them snaps) left from 4th of July and Connor had a blast playing with them. If ever they didn't pop on his first throw, he stomped on them to pop them, and sometimes it took him 2 or 3 tries. We are still working on aim. :)
